Welcome to eFitnessbuzz! The site dedicated to news, tips and trends in the fitness industry. I don’t want my first post to go into much detail on my background, as you can read up on that in the “About” section. I would rather start by thanking you for giving us your attention as we begin to embark on a journey that I’m confident will provide well-rounded information on this very important topic.
I welcome and encourage any guest posts or submissions on topics you would like me to share (brian@efitnessbuzz.com). I will try my best to read and respond to each and every one, and post all those I think can be relevant and helpful to the topic at hand. Please be patient as the site continues to develop. So far I’ve found it easier to run a 10K in hot, humid weather compared to learning all the different HTML code I should know for this site.
Through eFitnessbuzz, I plan on sharing all the research, information and tactics I’ve used over the years to maintain my fitness level. Even though I’m coming up on the ripe old age of 35, I can honestly say I’m in the best shape of my life.
I plan to focus many of my posts on the areas I know best such as weight lifting, running, stretching, martial arts and nutrition. That’s why I hope many of you can help fill in the gaps and share your knowledge and experience on other fitness topics.
We continue to hear the stories on how the obesity problem in our country continues to grow. Unfortunately as technology continues to advance, we now see our kids staying inside and enhancing their video game skills as opposed to their physical skills. Here’s hoping this trend is on the verge of reversing. Reaching your personal fitness goals does not have to be a long, grueling process. You just need to find the right path for your needs. Find out what motivates you. And what is most important in your life. That’s when the fun begins!
